How to limit which assets are sent to a customer

Create a “Receivers” Property

1. Create a “Receivers” property (Type “Text”, “Allow Multiple Values”, “Limit values to defined list”)

2. Add “Values” for Advance Auto, Carquest, etc.

3. Load the correct Receivers to each image with a Load Sheet or by selecting the assets by Part Prefix (or other search criteria) and then using Assets > Select All, and Assets > Assign Property…

4. Set up a Publishing Layout for each receiver with a “Selected Assets” filter similar to “Customer in Advance”
