What does the “Limit by Vehicle Type” check box do?

If there is a vehicle type on the make map, it limits the selection of Engines to just those for that vehicle type. Setting a vehicle type on the Make Map does not affect the creation of applications at all. It only helps to create the Model and Engine maps by limiting selections.
