Position mapping with N/A values

Q: Is there a way to map an actual position (like Front or Rear) to a part type that only has N/A?

A: There isn’t a way to map a position to N/A. The recommended way of handling this is to petition for a new position with AutoCare.

As a short-term workaround, you could manually add the position to the PCdb and reimport. The only drawback is that a receiver might reject the file if you need to send it out before the next release of the PCdb which is every 2 weeks.
