Export failed with error: Object was open. Contact Support.

You’re probably trying to export a very large file. The error is coming from the query selecting the data.

In the lower left hand corner of the Export Options screen there is a checkbox “Minimize Memory for Large Files”. With that checked the program will use a different approach to select the data that results in less data being pulled into memory on each query.

Update: We have removed this option from the export screen since export now always attempts to limit memory use.
