Version 5.3.x Enhancements

We introduced several enhancements to improve the user experience and expand functionality in the AceMapper 5.3.x releases.

Key Enhancements

• Add ACES Digital Asset segment support including metadata file import

• Add source field auto-match to import wizard

• Add wildcard part number search on part maintenance screen

• Add sorting and filtering to engine grid on VCdb viewer

• Add additional database connection information to about screen

• Add lookup by PartTypeID on Select Part Type screen

• Add filtering by document type on Open Document dialog

• Add ability to have multiple position columns on import

• Add a confirmation when deleting a published brand used in recipient subscriptions

• Add ability to skip the VCdb import change report (which can take a long time)

• Add last published information to ACES xml as a comment

• Add double-click selection for part type selection
