New OpenType Kerning not supported

OpenType fonts (OTF) provide two distinct kerning mechanisms using the ‘kern’ and ‘GPOS’ tables. Older fonts only contain the former, while recent fonts contain both tables or even ‘GPOS’ data only. AcePrint currently only supports kerning via the ‘kern’ table.
