Column Index out of range error

If you get an error message saying something similar to:

grdView: Column index 2 out of range.

You probably have a corrupted settings file. The easiest way to correct this is to rename the AceViewer.json file found in your AceViewer program directory. Here are the steps (warning: you will need your registration keys again to complete this process):

1. Right click on the AceViewer shortcut on your Desktop and select “Properties”
2. Click the “Open File Location” button
3. Find the AceViewer.json file and rename it to AceViewer.json.bak
4. Run the AceViewer program again and re-register the product.
