Why are some numbers displayed in angle brackets?

Numbers in angle brackets means the id could not be found in the attached reference table (VCdb, PCdb).

You can double click on a row to see the underlying xml.

Since BaseVehicle is Year/Make/Model, a missing BaseVehicleID is displayed in the Year column and zeros in the other two columns.

You can use View > Headers to see which VCdb was used to create the xml file (at least what they reported they used). If there is a mismatch, we also show the linked VCdb date in red in the status bar.

The fix should be to link (select) the VCdb (or PCdb) that matches what they have in the Header. You then need to reload the file.
