Unable to add a market copy record
”There is already a market copy record with the name …”
Q. I’m trying to update some Features & Benefits in the Market Copy Maintenance screen, but when I try to add a new one, I get the message that one already exists with that “Name”.
A. The most likely cause is that you already had one by that name, but you deleted it. Check the “Show Deleted” option at the top of that screen and see if it shows up. If so, you can select it, then click the “Purge” button. This will remove all history of that entry. You should now be able to add a new one.
