I have duplicate Items (i.e. Part Numbers) in the Resulting PIES file

This may indicate a problem with your Import Script. We suggest first opening the script and doing a view on the Item segment source. Filter for part number and see if it returns more that one record. If so, it indicates a problem in your source data.

If you just get a single record, go to Maintain > Primary & Trading Partner Brands. Select the receiver and “Delete All Parts”. That will clear out any duplicates.

Then run the script again to load the brand and export. Try exporting just the problem part and view the file in Notepad to make sure you get just one Item record. If the file looks good, you can export the full file. (Use Notepad++ or another editor that can handle large text file if too big for Notepad).
