Unused Part Numbers Report

This report will show part numbers that have been loaded which are not represented in PartsPro output files. You can choose to include or exclude inactive parts. The report can be used within a document or with no document open. If used with an open document, there must be at least one source application with the part for it to appear. If used with no document open, it will check all parts in the database and so is not limited to parts with applications.

⚠️Note: Removing unused parts would possibly reduce the number of unused parts in this report since unused parts will also show up on the Part Report. Otherwise, there’s no real need to delete the unused parts. The brand selection is limited to those brands that are mapped as NAPA brands in Part Description Mapping but the report also shows the primary brand part number. A part will appear in the report if it would not go out in the NAPA file. This could be because the application did not map or because there was no part description map for the selected brand and part description.
