General Work Flow

Here is the overall procedure used to generate an ACES xml file.

1. Update from https://www.autocarevip.com/↗ each month before mapping

2. File > Open Document, and File > Import Applications (always from full source file)

3. Review and handle both unmapped and unchecked views for all “helper maps” (e.g. Makes, Models, Comments and Part Descriptions)

4. Map > Application… and then Create ACES Applications

5. View > Unmapped Filter Options and review

6. Correct maps and/or source data, and repeat

7. Publish (see Publish-Export-Commit Article)
