How can I publish just one brand using a specific list of part numbers?

There are a several approaches you can take depending on what you need.

1. If you have a PIES document and you just need to limit it to a list of part numbers, you can enter the list of parts on the export options screen.

2. If the parts correspond to a single AAIA BrandID, you can just select that AAIABrand ID on the Add/Edit Document screen.

3. If you have a trading partner who gets just a subset of your parts (a single Auto Care brand or possibly all or parts of more than one Auto Care brand), you can set up and load a trading partner brand script. For that, you need at a minimum, a list of parts to include in the script. You can also, if necessary provide other trading partner specific data such as attributes, pricing, etc.

Note, that you don’t necessarily need different part numbers for the trading partner. The part numbers can be the same. You can use this approach to limit the parts that are published for a trading partner.
