PCdb Version Date Required in PIES 7.2

Starting with PIES 7.2, the PCdb Version Date (A42) is now required. Be sure to load the latest PCdb using Maintain > Sync Lookup Tables with PCdb. The version date for this file will then be used when the PIES file is published.
