The OK button is not enabled when adding a new Publishing Document

There are certain fields that must be filled in before a new “Document” can be created. The OK button will not be enabled until these fields are completed: From the General Tab: “AAIA Brands”, “Languages”, “Currencies”. From the Header Tab: “Parent”, “Manufacturer” and “Default Language”. All of these fields are indicated by “(Required)”.

If there are no options available in the “AAIA Brands” box, this means that you do not have any AAIA Brands identified as “Us” type. This is maintained from the Maintain > AAIA Brands… menu. Locate all of your brands and make sure they have the “Us” type selected.
