Why aren’t our prices being published?

Make sure that the correct Price Sheet Name for the document is selected on the Add/Edit Document screen (in the Header tab). Also, if the prices are in the trading partner brand script, make sure the “Use Primary Brand” is not checked on the Price tab.

You need to have a price sheet, but you don’t need to load it from the script. You can go to Maintain > Price Sheets and create the price sheets that you need.

You need to give each price sheet a Price Sheet Number. That Price Sheet Number must be included with each price you import. If you have just one Price Sheet for the script, you can set the Price Sheet Number using the Default column on the PIES Mapping tab.

⚠️The Price Sheet Number is case-sensitive!

The PIES spec doesn’t require a particular case, but PriceSheetNumber is the key to the PriceSheet table. Receivers are likely to expect it to be the same every time.

💡We recommend making Price Sheet Numbers UPPER CASE to avoid prices being dropped for apparently no reason.
