What user and password is used in PIESCentral Loader?

Q: Can you tell us what user and password is used in PIESCentral Loader? I’m trying to change it to the new server but it’s not connecting.

A: The loader uses only integrated security. It runs under whatever user is set for the scheduled task. When you run the configuration program it will check using whatever Windows user you are running under.

Make sure that these users have logins on the new SQL Server and are users in the PIESCentral database.
