Mapping a Condition with Except

If using Except with the Engine Qualifier or any of its sub attributes (Engine Version, Cylinder Head Type, Valves, or Engine Designation), consider adding a note in addition to mapping the except condition.

In many cases using except will return an engine that does not have an Engine Qualifier. For example, Exc. VTEC might produce an application that has just the core engine attributes and no Engine Qualifier at all.
