Release Notes 1.8

The following changes were made in this release:

• Comment Consolidation. See this KB article.

• Changed Application creation logic to prefer engines over a fuel condition in all cases (not just Diesel). We now convert fuel type to matching engines and, if possible, remove fuel type.

• Fixed problem related to Vehicle table loading when an engine was removed

• Fixed problem related to creation of “deletes without adds” file

• Fixed problem related to importing “pcc.txt” file with a blank line code
